All the Metrics You Need

We offer all the metrics you need to create your reports, a few of them are mentioned below:

  • Total Calls: the total number of calls
  • Missed Calls: the total number of missed calls
  • Answered Calls: the total number of answered calls
  • First Time Callers: the total number of calls that were from first time callers
  • Average Duration: the average duration of calls
  • Leads: the total number of calls that were marked as ‘leads’
  • Submissions: the total number of forms. (Date dimension is unavailable for this metric)
  • First TIme Submissions: the total number of form submissions that were first time form submissions. (Date dimension is unavailable for this metric)

Get More Insights Using Dimensions

Analyse your metrics across different dimensions to gain deep insights:

  • Date: the date when the event (call,...) was made
  • Source: the marketing source that led to the phone call
  • Keywords: the keywords the visitor searched for, if available for calls placed to Website (Session) trackers. Keywords only provided from paid ad sources
  • Campaign: the name of the campaign the call belongs to
  • Referrer: the URL that referred the caller to your website, available for calls placed to Website (Session) trackers
  • Landing Page: the URL the caller first landed on, available for calls placed to Website (Session) trackers
  • Company: the name of the company the source belongs to
