Get More Insights Using Dimensions

Analyse your metrics across different dimensions to gain deep insights:

For this integration we have two modes Breakdown and Filter.
For Breakdown mode, the available values are Date, Priority, Source and Status.
For Filter mode, two other variables are available: Status and Priority and each has multiple values.
