All the Metrics You Need

We offer all the metrics you need to create your reports, a few of them are mentioned below:

Analytics Metrics:
  • Visits: the number of visits.
  • Leads: the number of leads.
  • Contacts: the number of contacts.
  • Subscribers: the number of subscribers.
  • Opportunities: the number of opportunities.
  • Customers: the number of new customers.
Email Metrics:
  • Sent: the total number of sent emails.
  • Open: the total number of unique opens.
  • Delivered: the number of emails succesfully delivered to an inbox.
  • Unsubscribed: the number of contacts who received your email and unsubscribed. They won’t be sent to in the future.
  • Click: the number of unique recipients who clicked on any link in your email, excluding the Unsubscribe and Subscription Preferences links.
  • Spam report: the number of contacts received your email and marked it as spam. They won’t be sent to in the future.
  • Open ratio: the percentage of people who opened your email out of the people who were delivered your email.

Get More Insights Using Dimensions

Analyse your metrics across different dimensions to gain deep insights:

  • None: the date associated with the metric.
  • Sessions: the session details (views per session, interactions per session, ...
  • Sources: the source of traffic (offline, paid-social, direct, ...)
  • Geolocalisation: the geographic location (country) of the data.
  • UTM Campaigns: data will be broken by values of the utm_campaign parameter.
  • UTM Contents: data will be broken by values of the utm_content parameter.
  • UTM Mediums: data will be broken by values of the utm_medium parameter.
  • UTM Sources: data will be broken by values of the utm_source parameter.
