Follow a few simple steps to gain access to our reports:
- Create a report using a template or start from scratch.
- Choose a template if you decide to use one, fill in the required fields, and make sure to replace all Data Element Creators with your data sources.

We offer all the metrics you need to create your reports, a few of them are mentioned below:
- Average Reponse: the average response time.
- Downtime: the total downtime.
- Downtime Rate: the total downtime percentage.
- Unmonitored Time: the total unmonitored time.
- Unmonitored Time Rate: the total unmonitored time percentage.
- Uptime: the total uptime.
