Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While Repozix prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service , you understand and agree that Repozix cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. This Privacy Policy for Website visitors and Clients (“Privacy Policy) applies to Information (as defined below) about individuals and businesses or other entities that visit our Websites or obtain services (“Services”) for business or commercial purposes (Client(s), “you”, “your”) from Repozix LTD. (“Repozix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Privacy Policy also addresses our use of Information obtained from Client’s use of our website that is accessible at https://www.repozix.com and subdomains like app.repozix.com, help.repozix.com and blog.repozix.com (collectively, “Websites”). Repozix provides data analytics and analytics for clients primarily through a platform that manages, measures and automates interactions between our clients and their customers, at our Client’s request and direction during the reporting process. By using the Websites and the Services, Client consents to our collection, use and disclosure practices, and other activities as described in this Privacy Policy.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Information; means any information about you from which you could be identified, whether obtained directly from you or from another source. Information may include but is not limited to: (a) company name; (b) physical address, including street name and name of city or town; (c) email address or other electronic contact information; (d) telephone number; (e) first and/or last name; (f) IP address; (g) information about officers, directors, and other control persons; and (h) any other information from or about you and/or your customers.
However, the following is not considered Information:
(a) aggregated or anonymous information that does not identify you and/or your customers and (b) information that Repozix obtains from a public source (or knows to be available from a public source).

In Repozix you can connect data connections. By connecting data connections you authorize Repozix to retrieve data from third party systems and tools.
By connecting the Google data connection you are informed that Repozix uses the Google API Services, and the Google Privacy Policy is in effect for that data http://www.google.com/policies/privacy,
Repozix makes API calls to the different APIs to create reports. These reports are stored in our database. Repozix does not store the actual data. Repozix does not share the data, but you can share the data by sharing the reports and dashboards. Sharing the reports and dashboards is your responsibility.
Repozix stores access tokens to access your data via the APIs. This token is not shared or used by any other party than Repozix. You can remove this token by deleting the data connection in the connections section of Repozix. You can also revoke access through the providers' security pages.
